The Lord has been pressing strategic Word-centered prayers on my heart. This season isn't one to be asleep in and the power that comes from declaring the Word of God over our lives is incredible. I want to encourage you today to pray the Scriptures over your life. Don't just declare this, go and look up the Word for yourself. Set yourself on a solid foundation! Know the why behind this prayer!
We aren't begging and asking Jesus for anything-it's already been given to us. He has done the work, this is a prayer that appropriates and apprehends the finished work of the cross and the resurrection. It's calling forth the blessings that He has given to us in our New Covenant with Christ.
The key is that you have to BELIEVE it. Faith without works is dead. We can say we have faith all day, but if we aren't putting that faith into action, was it really there? Let's release the Word over our lives and stand in the fact that it's true. No matter what your circumstances look like at the moment, the Word is the ultimate truth. The more you release the Word of TRUTH over your life, the more your circumstances will come into agreement with it. The things we speak are so powerful-Jesus tells us so in Mark 11. Let's release our words in the direction of light and life and feast on the truth of the Word!
I pray from the hiddenness of the shadow of His wings (Psalm 91). I decree that the enemy is deaf, blind, and mute when it comes to me. The Lord is my fortress and my salvation. I decree and declare that the hour of the manifestation of the fullness of my SOZO salvation (Strong's Concordance #4982) is upon me. I know that by His stripes I HAVE BEEN healed (1 Peter 2:24). It is already done.
I call forth the healing Christ gave to me 2000 years ago. I decree and declare that my healing is not struggling to move through the timeline which God has placed me within. Time, space, and matter shift at the sound of His name and work together in perfect harmony to deliver everything Jesus died and rose again to give to me. I decree and declare that my body receives the healing my spirit holds and that my health prospers as my soul does (3 John 1:2).
I have a river of living waters that flows in and through me (John 7:38) and my spirit, soul, and body are receiving every benefit of the power of the Holy Spirit that lives within me (Romans 8:11)! I am the righteousness of Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:21)! His life is being released at every moment into every cell in my body. My body is His body. Every sin, every sickness, was nailed to the cross (Galatians 2:20)-I live now in the power of the resurrection (2 Peter 1:4, Romans 6:4). I am a NEW creation (2 Corinthians 5:17) in every way-spiritually, physically, emotionally, and mentally.
I repent for any sins of doubt, unbelief, and double mindedness (Mark 9:24, James 1:6, Hebrews 11:6) that I have agreed with. I repent of any doubt of Your love and goodness towards me. I repent for trusting and believing more in my natural senses than in You and Your Word (John 17:17). I repent for turning toward worldly measures before turning to You.
I ask You to enforce the covenant in my life-send reinforcements (Luke 22:43, Matthew 18:10) to see me living to the fullest extent of union with Christ in every way (John 15). I decree and declare that my life-my spirit, soul, and body are portals of the angelic realm where angels ascend and descend (Genesis 28:12, Matthew 27:51). I am a glory carrier (Romans 8, Matthew 5:16) filled with the life and light of Christ that eradicates darkness (Matthew 5:14-16, Galatians 2:20).
I am releasing the fragrance of Christ Jesus wherever I go (2 Corinthians 2:15).
I am redeemed in every way! Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, so I say! (Psalm 107:2, Galatians 3:13-14, 1 Peter 1:18-21)
When I declare the Word of God, mountains move out of my way (Mark 11:23-24). When I prophesy by His Spirit, it comes to pass (Amos 3:7, Ezekiel 33:33, Isaiah 40:8). My life is a testament to His faithfulness!
I decree and declare that I am filled with wisdom, knowledge, and understanding-that as the earth was founded with and upon this holy trifecta, so too is my formation and foundation Christ Jesus (Proverbs 3:19, Isaiah 11:2, 1 Corinthians 3:11). I decree and declare that the Holy Spirit is quickening the fruits and gifts in my life. As I surrender to Him, He is releasing more in and through me (Mark 4: 24-25).
As He is, so am I in the world (1 John 4:17). I am seated in high and heavenly places in Christ Jesus where I have been appointed and anointed to rule, to reign, and to take dominion (Ephesians 2:6, 2 Corinthians 1:21-22, 1 John 2:20, Mark 16, Romans 8). I am crowned with His authority and victory and nothing shall by any means harm me (Luke 10:19, Matthew 28:19-20, Matthew 16:19). The SOZO salvation that dwells within me destroys the works of the devil and brings forth His kingdom now (1 John 3:8, John 10:10, Luke 17:21).
I live in the realm of today that is total victory, and joy in every circumstance (Hebrews 4:6-7, Philippians 4:4, James 1:2, Psalm 16:11, Romans 12:12, Romans 8:37, 1 John 4:4). The joy of the Lord breaks through for me and strengthens me to stand in truth and love (Nehemiah 8:10). I live from the fear of the Lord that saves me (Proverbs 1:7, Proverbs 8:13, Psalm 111:10, Psalm 34:9).
I am loved by the Father with an immeasurable love (John 3:16, Romans 5:8, Psalm 136:1, Luke 12:7). He withholds no good thing from me. I lack nothing (Psalm 84:11, Psalm 23, Philippians 4:19, Psalm 34:10). I am His inheritance and He is mine (Psalm 16:5-7, Ephesians 1:11-12).
When the Father looks at me, He sees me just like Jesus (Ephesians 1:4, 2 Corinthians 5:17). He is well-pleased with me. He is continually pouring love into me so I can pour that overflow into others (1 John 4:7). I am SAVED, HEALED, and DELIVERED! I am in a beautiful holy covenant of life wiht the God of all creation. He sees me. He leads me. He knows me. He loves me.
I am blessed beyond comprehension (Ephesians 3:20). My cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. (Psalm 23)
SO BE IT. AMEN.
